3. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the consulting process. Clients are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Confidentiality

Unix Consulting Inc. acknowledges the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical information. We agree to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and not disclose it to third parties without the client’s explicit consent.

5. Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property developed during the course of providing services shall remain the property of Unix Consulting Inc. Clients will have a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any deliverables for their internal business purposes.

6. Payment

Clients agree to pay Unix Consulting Inc. the agreed-upon fees for services rendered, as outlined in the signed consulting agreement. Payment terms and methods will be specified in the invoice.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the consulting agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees are due immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

Unix Consulting Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

TThese Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of local jurisdiction.

10. Modifications

Unix Consulting Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
